Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy for tangible goods lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ministryofstone.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send an email to info@ministryofstone.com for the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations and Alterations For Courses And Gift Certificates

Course bookings and gift certificates offered by this website are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 (distance selling).

Should you change your mind about a course booking or gift certificate purchased through this website then you have a right to a full refund of any monies paid providing you contact us via email to info@ministryofstone.com within 14 days of payment being made.

After the 14 day period then no refunds will be given for course bookings or gift certificates. If you have booked a place on a course but are unable to attend then you can transfer to another course on a different date providing there is an available place. Please give at least three weeks notice before your original start date if you need to transfer.
